COBRA for Employers

To access the employer/client WebCOBRA portal, you will need the username and password assigned to you by the Client Management Team. If you do not have your username/password, please contact your Client Management Team.

COBRA Participants

Participants who use WebCOBRA and your account number consist of 15 digits (letters and numbers), please click here. You will first need to activate your account with the username and password assigned to you in your Continuation of Coverage Notification Package. If you do not have this information, contact our Customer Care Department at 888-862-6272 or customercare@emangrove.com.

 

Participants that use COBRAsource and your account number begins with the letter “C”, followed by 5-6 numbers, please click here. NOTE: WebCOBRA Participants should NOT use the COBRAsource Payment Portal.

COBRAsource Will Accept for Payment:

  • VISA or MasterCard Credit Cards Only. Convenience fees may be charged by the credit card clearing house. Fees charged by the clearing house cannot be refunded.
  • Direct Payment from a Checking or Savings Account
  • E-Payments are the responsibility of the Qualified Beneficiary
  • Payments will be processed one business day before your scheduled payment date
  • State Continuation payment must be settled and PAID to COBRAsource prior to the first day of each month
  • Pending payments MUST be cancelled at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled payment date or the payment will process as scheduled

  • COBRAsource is not responsible for establishing, changing or canceling your online payments. You are responsible for all necessary changes to your online account. CSI will not be held liable for inaccurate, invalid or incorrect payments or information.

FSA/HRA/HSA for Employers

To access the employer/client portal, you will need the user ID and password assigned to you by the Client Management Team. If you do not have your user ID/password, please contact your Client Management Team.

FSA/HRA/HSA for Participants

To access the Mangrove WealthCare Participant Portal, you will first need to “register” for access using your Employee ID (usually your SSN), Employer ID (MBS+ Employer Tax ID located in your Welcome Package) or your Benefits Card #. If you do not have this information, contact our Customer Care Department.
